MB 3.0 Series UV LED light

This compact light is simply Genius! A combination of smart mechanics and efficient electronics, designed to survive extreme temperatures and harsh working conditions, 24x7. Penetrant resistant and certified with an ingress protection marking of IP68 Waterproof.

There are four MB 3.0 Series models, Zeus, Hermes, Selene and Atlas. Depending on the model, the beam diameter is 8-9 inches / 20-22 cm and with intensities that vary from ≈ 4 000 to 9 000 μW/cm2. Zeus and Selene are equipped with a strong white light as well. Spray can holder accessory Athena is available factory installed or as a later addition (PN: A503).

Inspector KITs for NDT

UV lights in the standard kit can be replaced with other models within the same series upon request. Selected UV models from each Series have been tested to comply with ASTM E3022-18, Rolls-Royce RRES 90061 and Airbus AITM6-1001.

Members of the US military should ask for PN: K002 as it has been customized to meet USAF requirements.

Three additional KITs are available, Gothenburg (PN: K003), Malmo (PN: K004) and Uppsala (PN: K005), if not all four units are required.

UVG5 2.0 UV LED Headlight

UVG5 2.0 UV LED headlight is a compact and adjustable light that frees your hands during inspections, especially useful during yoke inspections or mag bench inspections. It is equipped with a white light block filter.

UVG5 2.0 is the most durable UV LED headlight in the world. It is as industrial as it gets. The beam profile is the largest and smoothest than any other UV headlight on the market today. Select models have been tested to comply with ASTM E3022-18, Rolls-Royce RRES 90061 and Airbus AITM6-1001. Battery run time 8-14 hours (continuous) depending on the model. It comes with an acoustic battery indicator that signals the battery time left. All models can be re-charged fully, within 3 hours, without removing batteries.

Apollo 3.0 UV & WH meter

Radiometer/photometer measuring UV and visible light via a single wireless sensor. Available as a single kit (1 Reader and 1 Sensor) or double kit (1 Reader and 2 Sensors). Each sensor measures both UV and White Light. The 4 year warranty is conditional on recalibrations carried by Labino authorized labs to avoid misuse. Alternatively, the warranty is 1 year.

Apollo 3.0 is traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) and is in compliance with ISO 3059-12.

Comes calibrated with a calibration certificate from an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. Labino is an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory with scope in UV-A and visible light calibrations.

MB 3.0 Iris UV LED light

Certified with an ingress protection marking of IP68 Waterproof, MB 3.0 Iris is an extremely compact light. It is used together with automated systems that incorporate cameras to inspect hard to reach areas such as pipes interior or simply mount on a mag bench.

The beam diameter is 9 inches / 23 cm generating an intensity of ≈ 4 000 μW/cm2 at 38 cm (15 inches).

(a) the certification number

(b) who the auditor is

and check its authenticity online (www.iecex-certs.com). Manufacturers are obligated to share this information in their marketing literature. All certificates can be retrieved online, on the auditors website. There are fake explosion proof products from China, some re-branded, without certifications, distributed in the USA and Europe today. Don´t take "trust me" for an answer. You do not want an uncertified product on an oil rig or a refinery.
